This Week in the Flood...
Welcome to the second edition of Flood Weekly where we tie up all those loose ends throughout the week. A bit late this week, but that doesn't matter because be honest, you forgot about anyway, didn't you? So here we are once again to sum up all the good and the bad of the Flood, if there was any good...
[b]This Week in Awards:[/b]
[i]Bah Humbug[/i] created the [u]Offtopic Awards Nominations[/u] this week and we've got some great categories to vie over, and also those... That aren't so great. We'll see who comes off next week and you'll be sure to see the winners in next issue. As the comments [i]Flood[/i] in I am beginning to wonder how much it's going to suck to count out those votes.
[b]This Week in Attention Whoring:[/b]
We saw [i]CamCamm[/i] make an AMA thread. Simple enough, they're all around these days right? That was until... The title changed...and continued to change, whenever [i]Cam[/i] thought she was doing something important. And she thinks everything she does is important. But this wasn't the most prevalent version of title changing this week...
[b]This Week in Title-Changing:[/b]
Although they've always been lurking, these threads can either be hilariously funny to those before the title change or disturbingly scary to those after. We saw the revival of such threads this week numerous times. Most notably, [i]Little Sparrow's[/I] "[u]Am I your favorite user thread[/u]." A lot of you seem to like [i]Little Sparrow[/i].
[b]This Week in Dying Threads:
[/b]
[i]Shewolf's[/i] thread continues to inch closer and closer to its death as we see the impending doom of another well-loved thread... Wait, no loved threads dying this week? That's great news! Or... Is it?
[b]This Week Outside:[/b]
All throughout a gaming we see the numbers of Recruitment threads dwindling, but as the Reclamation comes to an end, Gaming seems to be sparsely populated in and of itself. New serious threads few and far between, most of the Flood continues to post their gaming thoughts in Offtopic, scared of the olden times of Gaming. But do not wallow in the valley of despair for we shall return to our former glory!
[b]Honorable Mention[/b]s:
[i]Engrapadora[/i] was banned this week, for... Obvious reasons...
[i]KtanDantaktee[/i] seems to be the obvious winner of "Biggest Ego" in the Flood Awards
[i]Froggert[/i] returned from the darkness from whence he came.
The rest of you can consider yourself dishonorably mentioned.
This week I've got a question for you guys, who do you think I am?
