I bought 3 of them and rolled them all to different elements and all with field scout. One of them has final round for a 1 shot kill to the body in pvp.

That's why I'm grinding IB. Plus I've given up hope that I'll ever get the Icebreaker now so this is my best option so I have 3 sniper rifles all with different Damage types.
