interesting. i've had 0 problems with my xbone and destiny except for one thing. every now and then i turn on the xbox and go to destiny and it says i've been logged out then tries to go to the main menu but starts making horrible sounds as if the audio is glitched and never goes to home screen. i usually just go back to the xbox home screen and exit the game tile from there and then go back in and its fine. I would check your NAT settings could just be your internet connection
