I never had this issue for my PS3, but does sound like could be the controller. Have you tried different controllers? Also remember to list you system, it can help in a resolution.

Edited by Navi: 12/16/2014 10:01:18 AMOh sorry I am on Xbox 360 and yeah I tried different controllers which didn't change anything but I am also not the only one with this issue, some friends have the same issue but just not as bad, also I don't think It would be the controller because when I am aiming and pushing the right stick up/left/right to look around It jerks down and If It was the controller It wouldn't jerk but slowly start to look down. Sometimes It even does that when I'm not moving the stick, I looked at my controllers and they seem fine especially on the analog sticks which aren't sticky or loose
