Its gear grind burnout, destiny isnt paced very well in that respect. And without story or content to keep you engaged, the game starts to feel like a job, ur just doing tasks for no reason in the same surrounding. More story (reasons), content to explore, makes the gear grind bearable. Also level cap and gear reset came too quickly. People stared at their gear they finally worked so hard to upgrade, just to have a new cap and no time to enjoy the spoils of wrecking shop with it.
