I just got this weapon myself, decrypted from a blue engram! (RNGesus has a funny sense of humor, because at the same visit to the cryptarc he decrypted an exotic helm for a titan instead of for my Lock) This was a great upgrade for me as I was in need of a legendary primary weapon and this one seems to be very decent once upgraded. I also like playing with a pulse rifle so it was a pretty good score for me all things considered.
