My biggest problem with the DLC (well one of them) is that my Iron Banner and VoG gear are all obsolete.
I was under the impression they would be at least equal to new standard gear. Why wouldn't they be, when we had to work so hard for them? It's basically telling me that there is no reason to work to get the top gear, because the next update will offer new standard gear to rise above it anyway.

Vendors should only be selling Lvl 30 gear, making VoG the standard. Now everyone's jumping to 31. Nice 1 Bungieholio.
-
Yes. Or Vanguard rep should offer to upgrade VoG gear, and Crucible rep should offer to upgrade IB gear.
-
Leading to the problem of IB Rep bring reset on cycle.... Partial reset to rank 3 yeah I support (low enough to encourage return but high enough to make Rank 5 a chance for us with commitments that week) Personally I'd hope existing VOG and IB get a buff to match that of the Vendors, with a purchasable add-on perk set to being v1.0 Legendaries up to v2.0 std

Yes that's what I ment to say: the Vanguard and Crucible Representatives should offer to upgrade them.

So much for having a story for each piece of our gear, and being able to build our own unique Guardians, right DeeJ?
-
How'd you get that weapon? "Found it on the ground" lol
-
"Purple is the New Purple" "Postmaster Purple Mail gives Blues"
-
hahahah. I'm surprised there wasn't a bigger uproar about that. They basically moved the issue from the Cryptarch to the Postmaster. lol
-
Yeah lol, i'm surprised about that too..

"How'd you get that armor?" "It got mailed to me"
