Had all of those snipers besides nlb. My vote goes to preadyths. Its practically PnT that doesn't take an exotic slot. For a lot of those weapons on the list the rolls can be random, so they could be the best in the game, or could be complete garbage depending on the perks you get. The vanguard and crucible versions you used to buy aren't super special imo.
