Nice, I got a legendary heavy engram earlier only to have that rat bastard rahool give me two ascendant energy instead of a nice new heavy. Nice to see he is still worthless.

Ya I ranked up 3x with him and gave me kmart brand blues only. When they said they raised the rate it probably went from 10% to 11%. He also gave me shards 90% of the time on legendary enrams. Boo
