I believe this update screwed up my account. Check my recent posts to see the issue I'm referring to, it started at the same time that the OP of this thread was posted. I can play the game fine but I cannot read my Grimoire and all of my stats and items say "classified". I tried logging out and back in to the app but it didn't change anything. Any known fixes for this?

  • Bases on the thread info looks like a known issue. If you log into the game on your console this should clear up.

  • After logging in to the game on my console the app displays my account normally. Thank you for whatever you guys did on the back end (or at least for communicating with me quickly).

  • Is this just on the app or on the site? Either way, what browser/app are you on and is it up to date?

    I'm on my iPhone 3GS. The app is still messed up, but I signed into my account on B.net in Safari [u]on my phone[/u] and the Grimoire worked (processor isn't strong enough to load my Legend). I also noticed that in the app, everyone else's characters also appear as classified when I check their profile. My post in #Help got a response from another user experiencing the same issue. EDIT: I will try delinking my phone, signing out, deleting the app, and then redownloading it and signing in later tonight. Hopefully that fixes it.

  • If this is just happening on the mobile app, it may be a funky hardware issue. I'll pass this info along to SaintD.
