[BUNGIE] Unable to access the Expansion content? Please check here for more details
We have received reports from players that are unable to access the Expansion content. We have provided some FAQ below, and will add more as needed.
[b]I still receive an Expansion Required message, but I already own the Expansion content:[/b]
Please ensure that the Expansion content is fully downloaded, as sometimes downloads are stuck in a queue and do not install automatically. We suggest that you restore your licenses to ensure that everything has downloaded properly. Please follow the link for more information on how to restore licenses on your console. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181
If that does not resolve your issue, please restart your console and relaunch Destiny.
[b]I purchased the Expansion from a retailer and when I entered the code it didn’t unlock the Expansion content:[/b]
Some retailers will credit your XBL or PSN account with a dollar value rather than unlocking the Expansion content. Please check your PSN or XBL store and verify that you have either a) received the Expansion or b) received a credit to purchase the Expansion. If you have verified that you have received credit in the amount of the Expansion, simply purchase the Expansion and begin your download.

Under the "update" section, I bought my pre-order digital TTK online at PSN as download. This update appears to be referring to folks bought discs at retail stores, yes? If so, then how is the issue I'm experiencing to be resolved? Also, I started a thread and two related topics explaining how my House of Wolves is no longer playable. HELP. This, on PS3

Dark Below is unlocked, but I previously purchased that before the Legendary Edition. What can I do my game keeps freezing whenever I go to dig site 4 for the new titan subclass. It works fine up to that point but as soon as I go through the doors boom! Freezes everytime

Hi, I have bought the Legendary Edition of The Taken King, not knowing that the seperate dlc itslef was available on the in-game screen. I take full responsibility for my action, and am fine with paying the full $60(with tax payment paid), but I can't download The Taken King dlc. I have the other two dlcs but an error only allows me to get the HOW dlc(error code 80070057) I am aware of the controversy that has been going around about it being Microsoft's fault and them telling us it's on Bungie's part (I don't care about that) but I just want my dlc. 2 RepliesI just bought the dark below(9/14/2015 at about 6pm). It's says error on the taken king which I assume is because it's officially launching tomorrow. I was able to download the house of wolves, but the option to download the dark below is gone. I'm sure you are looking into it but if more information helps let me know. 60 bucks for a house full of wolves sounds fun but with a dark below and a taken King being added in, that's just so much more fun. 3 RepliesI Have destiny and both expansions on my PSN account and i just ordered TTK. I received the in game emblem and shader on my account but my brother did not receive them on his account (same console). Will he be able to receive them on his? Or even be able to play TTK?

2 RepliesI have a problem that the game is telling me that i dont have the taken king expansion. I even got the exotic class items and 3 emotes. It was working fine the day they became available but a day later its telling me that i need to buy the taken king dlc. I restored the licenses on the ps4 restarted the console but that doesnt seem to work. Any ideas how to fix this?

Gunna re-download license agreement for the 3 time and see if it works. Pre-order through psn now it's saying I need the dlc.

3 RepliesIf we pre-ordered the CE from gamestop are we just unable to get the codes until it comes out next week? I paid $80 in full but it seems people who got the digital version have their pre-order content already. Is there no way of me getting that content?

Hey! Why don't you fix the issue with people not being able to download the patch first. Your customer service is garbage. I think I'm going to cancel my Pre order and so are a lot of others. You can tell that you all don't give two shits about your player base.
