The best thing to do is be friends with both of them if you're around her all the time. Being the third wheel, especially if you have feelings for one other there, sucks but it's much easier to tolerate if you genuinely enjoy both of their company as individuals and a pair.

Accept that she's taking the good D from someone else, that she wants to be with him and turn your gaze to new pastures. My schooldays crush is engaged now to one of my mates. When they first hooked up I was jealous, bitter. Oh hell no man, I'm more realistic than that. She's awesome but I'm not going to pine after anyone. Think of it as kinda like a feeling you get when you spend all day looking forward to coming home and having this great food and someone else already ate it. Yeah it's upsetting but unless it's been a right shitty day you're not going to mope around about it.
