A common and sometimes critical factor that goes into video gaming is a Boss. Whether it's trying beat the game or to simply progress further, bosses are important when it comes to MMORPG games.
Planning
Planning a Boss is very time consuming and requires a lot patience if you truly wish to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. You must first think of an already-existing character that you've put into your game to increase in size and use as your boss. Done? Ok onto the next step:
Designing
Just recolor the arms or something It'll work out. Also make sure it spams rockets non-stop. If it takes less than 50 Gjallarhorn hits to take it out, its probably not spongey enough.
Naming
The name of your boss can be just as important as the boss itself. Just make something up like.....phogiks primexis. Yeah that'll work. (sorry already copyrighted, get your own ideas).
Execution
And here's where it all comes down to - the execution of how you present your new boss among your customers, the most important part of your process, which is essential that your put it out for DLC. $20? nah too low... $40 sound good? Yeah I like that.
Well there you have it folks! Hoped this helped!
***Disclaimer

You forgot the hordes of adds. It is extremely important that the players who just killed everything else in the strike kill an equal amount during the boss. Make sure they spawn in predictable locations, this gives the illusion of difficulty while making them easily killed by one rocket/super.
