There's not really that much of an issue of having nothing to fall back to. No, I don't want to be without a job necessarily, but I'm only 18 and still living at home. If there's some sort of emergency where I need money, I can still rely on my parents and my savings. I think the fact that I don't know how I'm wording a resignation letter shows that I'm not mentally capable of handling this job at the moment. I've tried to keep up, but we've been understaffed for months and have only just gotten a new trainee (who mind you, is actually in Fiji at the moment and will be back working next wednesday). It's burning me out keeping track of 5 customer jobs at once while also keeping in mind that I have to prep deliveries/repairs/faulty product returns and regularly check for new price changes on both plans and outright purchases before yet another job comes through the door that will take an hour away from me. That's not shared between other staff, that's just my workload with a dick of a boss telling me how to do my job, yet frequently getting things wrong himself. I don't mean to whine, but that's the point. I just can't handle it anymore.
