I love it because these kids do not understand that the new exotic weapons will be v2.0.
They are not being forced to upgrade. It's like finding an ice breaker 2.0
Now it's their choice to either work on this new 2.0 weapon or stick to 1.0

The problem is, there shouldn't BE a weapon x 2.0... It's the same gun with 7% damage buff. It's a way to recycle assets instead of bringing us a new full set. A way to force more play time to redo what we have already done. Either abandon old exotics and give us a full new set to work towards or make the upgrade path palatable.
