Which Class has The Best Jump??
Alot of people who main one class don't like the other classes jumps because they done know how to fully utilize them. I see the use in all of them.
DOUBLE JUMP is a quick jump that can be used quickly and can be modified to be one of the highest jumps.
TRIPLE JUMP is better than double jump because you can jump 3 different ways before landing.
BLINK is a fast instant jumy from one place to another. It can be used to foil enemys much like triple jumping.
GLIDE is a jump that is similar to flying. This can be used to quickly survey all of the surrounding area and there's even a perk that allows you to shoot while being sustained in the air.
LIFT is much like glide but it ore of a jet pack boost and is much faster because of it.

Utility-wise, I'd say Hunters get it best. For PvP or PvE, their multiple jumps cause them to change levels and be really hard to hit. Triple Jump is actually pretty poor on height (Improved Height goes higher), but gives multiple direction changes in the air. Bladedancers also get Blink, which is super useful in PvP. For my personal preference, I like Titans with Improved Control on Lift. You can do some midair shenanigans by turning your "jetpack" on and off by tapping Jump rapidly. You can also do long straight flights at about head height by delaying your second press. But it's better for PvE than PvP IMO. I wish Catapult for Lift was better. You go up fast, but after that... pointless IMO. I never seem to see anyone using it.
