Tbh only hunters jump. But I do understand what you're asking. I haven't tried a Titan yet but the triple jump for the hunter is my favourite.

But, you can't just activate the glide or jet pack by hitting the button once, you must jump, and then activate it [spoiler]true story[/spoiler]

"Which class has the best jump?" They all have the same default jump yes but in this case only the hunters have a special jump.
