Edited by Age: 12/1/2014 4:33:35 PMIt does because it adds for less variables. 30s do more and can absorb more dmg then any lower levels.also allowing for full level access to the game. Which allows for max difficulty levels . which can be used to make everyone play on a level playing field(no pun intended.)
