You get the Jade Rabbit emblem after the second chest on the moon. That means you already had it in your inventory when you opened that chest(you can only have one emblem of the same type in your inventory at a time) and then either deleted it or moved it to another character, or you already received it and moved it/deleted it. The Jade Rabbit emblem shows up in Eva's inventory from time to time if you want it that bad. Just check her stock whenever you go to the tower.
