If you use the helm at Saint 14 enemies become blind helpful when you pop that on a control point. With the build you use that could be effective as well

Yeah I have Saint 14 but I find its not as useful in PvP as I would like. Typically when people run into your bubble they either die or they don't and the blindness doesn't seem to make that much of a difference. That said, No Backup Plans doesn't help much in PvP either so I should probably switch them up anyway.
