Why would you care? If people don't want to play with you, what would make you want to play with them? Done hard a raid a few times, the time we had all 30's is took just shy of an hour. One wipe on Atheon and that was it. Also Grimoire has nothing to do with it. You could stack points finding all the ghosts, patrolling, strikes, PvP etc. it's means -blam!- all.
