Plan C or not
i have 12 strange coins and will have 18 once I do the weekly heroic on 26. I already have a nearly upgraded Purifier VII that does Arc damage. Should I buy Plan C or pray that Xur sells Thunderlord or a hunter helmet?

Plan C is amazing at pvp. It does instant one shot kills (from far away) if you upgrade the stability. The Plan C perk recharges like a grenade, so you can't use it all the time. It's really nice to complement a longer range weapon (scout rifle/hand cannon).
