Oh so youre level 30 and you think a level 29 cant do your job? Your hilarious man. Is called GRIMORE SCORE, if a level 29 has a higher grimore score then a 30, then MAYBE he's more experienced as the 30! But people are too scared to have a 29 on a hard raid awwww ;(
EDIT: "damage received, damage dealt" man stfu lol ppl just dont know how much an extra gun can help in the raid. And before you start assuming sh*t i suggest you look into my profile or destiny tracker before calling me a noob. Ok? Okay ;)

I only ask for 30s. 29 and lower not allowed. Sorry. Just don't wanna -blam!- around . 39 has a better chance if not dying... Hate 29s. Although I'm a 29 atm till I maxxed out my new exotic armor lol

I wouldn't say a level 29 can't complete the hard raid and help. It's just lvl 30's make it go by faster. As a level 29 in the past I can tell you that it is very hard to help kill the god mode robot on right side without dying.

Doing Crucible/Strike/Missions give Grimore Score which spews your so called "Raid Experience." Instead of using that, why not weapons? If a level 29 or 30 has a blue weapon kick them. If they have a 248 legendary weapon, kick them. If they have all 300 legendary/exotic weapons keep them (so long as they are not weapons such as Super Good Advice..)

Or one guy could've farmed ghosts I used to let 29s with me but they would always die trying to act like their better and prove themselves so. I only let 30s in only I have ever right to ask for all 30s. 29s also usually don't listen to anyone anytime they're in the group they go lone wolf and die.

Only time I ask for 30s is whenever I want to speed run the raid and dont have patience for bs. Im real with it. On other days, i dont care lol i took a lv27 and lv28 wjth me on the hard raid and got it done.

I do the hard raid as a 29 and can handle the relic on both sides, but wouldn't do hard with more than 2 29s, 4 30s is a must for a smooth run, only having 1,2 or 3 30s just takes far to long, mainly because of the damage output

Bad players exists at 29 and 30.since we are taking someone we don't know, why would we take someone who does less damage? It is still 50-50 whether they are going to suck, so I would rather take my chances with someone who can take slightly more damage. With a large enough sample size, taking a 30 every time will always come out ahead.

First of all it's "You're" not "your". Secondly posting for level 30's is to discourage 29's from asking but we always take at least one level 29 with us. It's not to say a 29 can't do the job but doing 20% less damage and taking 20% more damage (I think 20% is the number) is not a bonus. Having 6 level 30's will normally be a much easier time on a raid. Can it be done with 6 level 29's? Sure it can but I wouldn't want to do it.

Found this out last night when wanted to get my alt thru Hard Aetheon CP and no one would have me lol. Maxed raid weapons/icebreaker and plenty of experience but still nothing. Most were looking for full 30 fire team which is ridiculous. You only need 4 30s to guarantee one of them gets ported to pick up relic. Cmon people show some love to a 29 now and then cos what goes around comes around, you might need them in future when they get to 32 before you in the next raid :)

It's mainly because they take more damage and become a liability. Granted I was on the flip side for a while. I was 29 for 7 weeks. I have no problem playing with 29s, assuming they can pull their weight (which my friends that are still 29 can) My teams pretty good though, we pulled a couple 27s through the other day (the rest of us were 30's), the 27s couldn't even damage the bosses lol

I tried playing the hard raid when I was lv29. And now all of character is 30 with exotic helmet. I felt my character die less compare to when I am 29. I don't mind taking 1-2 29 but sometime I just want to do it quickly with a team of 30.

Because on five separate occasions I've asked them all to be the relic holder because they think they can take down the Tempar and Atheon with a Grim citizen "because it #wreks in pvp" and then they tell me they've never done the hard raid, when their LFG post says they are "Highly experience and have beaten the raid on hard multiple times". The moment they tell me, they don't know how to raid, I kick them and move on. If I'm doing my three raids at reset, I don't play with detriments. However, later in the week when I do a sherpa session, I'll gladly take a 29. On a side note if you're wondering why I said I used to post looking for level 30s, is because I found a permanent group for all 30s. A Raid Team per say.

29s that post lvl 30s only annoy me more than 30s who post that. I dont mind running with 29s. Got all the way up to atheon hard yesterday with 5 29s and myself before several people had to go :D

I only accept white, 6ft+, Jewish, English level 30's

Jokes on you, I only raid with people level 31 or higher. Everyone else is just a scrub.

Every time I have done it with all 30s or mostly 30s the raid has gone much much smoother. Sorry, I'm not going to bumble around in the vault for 3 hours because 29s didn't want to sack up and just do normal til they got the three pieces there.

As a level 29 I do over 8k damage on atheon while at 30 I do over 12k damage, nearly a 50% increase in damage [i]that's[/i] why
