The fire rate of Timur's Lash is MUCH slower than Hawkmoon. Out dps'd on trigger speed alone. The specs are great for a legendary hand cannon. I'll still keep my Fatebringer and firefly. Faster attack, faster reload, exploding heads, what's not to love?
