Another player on welfare here to defend his exotic welfare man. The only people agreeing with you are mouth breathers. It's not entitlement to disagree with there being a vender who practically hands out the best guns and gear for free.
Your coins are not hard earned, it's a joke to even say that. It takes 10 minutes to beat a level 28 strike which only has 2 modifiers, and on top of that most of you cheese them. Your welfare tokens cannot be compared to real world dollars because in real life you have to actually put in time and effort to earn things, sort of like how you have to put in time and effort to earn exotics the legit way.

There is no "legit" way of earning, considering the random factor involved. That'd be like working 40 hours, getting your paycheck, and showing up at Kroger to receive random groceries. Let's take a look at your prof..well, lookie here. Another who doesn't have their statistics available for viewing. When we can see what you've accomplished the "legit" way, you might actually have some credibility.

Players are making their own rulebook nowadays its simply pathetic. How about you make your own game that youre the only one with all the weapons available. Those who complain about people getting the exotics the easy way are simply Jealous and im pretty sure that those people are the same ones who are jealous in real life if somebody got something that they can barely afford or get. Real life will never be fair no matter what you do. For those butthurt over people getting it from xur.. I guess you better get out in real life and have an actual life aside from this game. You poor soul. :)

It would be wonderful if someone can explain to me how a player with less than 50 hours of play time, landing a lucky RNG drop, "earned" their gear more than another player with 500+ hours of play before purchasing the same gear from a vendor.

Yeah man I earned the shit out of my hard light that randomly dropped during a crucible game where my ktd was 0.4. (True story). These scrubs who grind the hardest strikes in the game for strange coins are just welfare.

What is this "earning exotics" you speak of? The only thing that i can think of that is earning exotics are the bounties, and that only covers like 5 weapons. Everything else is Xur and random drops.. With the exception of the aforementioned bounties, nothing in this game is awarded based on merit or skill.. its all blind dumb luck and Xur. The OP is right that people need to ease off this sense of entitlement a bit.

Technically you're wrong too though. It's 100% luck to get an exotic bounty. Once you get it then it's skill to complete and "earned" but still random if you get one or not.
