It has the least effective range and least impact of any legendary-or-higher hand cannon in the game. 3. No. Because its limited ammunition is one of the means by which TLW is kept from being OP. The Last Word is a weapon that is designed to dominate at close range. An answer to the dominance of Shotguns, and an alternative to auto rifles. If you're getting wrecked at mid-range by people carrying The Last Word....you're just getting out-played. Not out-gunned. Because that means that they would have been able to take you out with any OTHER HC in the game. ...and probably even faster had they been running with Hawkmoon instead.
