I recently got my second character to level 20 and now I want to get a third there as well. I do not however want to grind through the campaign again.
Do you think we should be given the option to pay to have our ALT (I think you should be required to go through the campaign once) to level 20? If so, how much would you pay?
Now I know some of you will say "it only takes 8 hours" etc... But for those of us with jobs, family, commitments, etc those 8 hours can be tough to come by.
I think I would pay up to $20 to instantly level an alt to level 20.
What do you think?

I think they should have a different story line for each class. Instead of grinding the same thing 3 times plus having to redo missions all the time.

Bungie would decrease raid drop rates to exploit this. Didn't get what you wanted? Buy a level 20, swap gear and try again. Still no luck? Delete, buy another, try again. "Hai guys! Finally got raid boots! Only cost $120 in alts!"

I will log in for you and boost your character to lvl 20 for $100. For $200 I will get you all of the raid gear, $300 and I'll throw in a faction to lvl 5 and an exotic in each weapon slot. For $500 I will just play your character for you - of course you still get to take all the credit. Anyone interested send me a message.

Two days of grinding, you can't do yhat? Get a 30 friend to run you through the story stop being lazy.
-
If the campaign wasn't boring and repetitive as hell, then we wouldn't be having this argument.
-
Pay for level 20?!
-
This game isn't enough cash grab for you?
-
I work full time and I working on my fourth 20(remake of a class for cosmetic reasons)
-
that story tho
-
Pure and utter laziness.
-
If u dont put the time like everyone eles then lvl 1 u stay
-
I deleted my 2nd warlock last weekend to start a Titan, took about 7 hours and hit level 20.
-
I'd gladly pay to skip over the extremely easy and dull story missions >_> Its all a waste of time which is better spent earning your gear and lvling up
-
The crucible ranks faster I believe. But the grind is real, I started a new character and stopped at 6 because I just couldn't take it anymore lol. I'll prolly get to 20 eventually
-
I know how much 8 hours of my time is worth, so yes, I'd like this option.
-
Play in the crucible
-
Send me some money PayPal and I'll rank him up via game share!!
-
No...I have a family and go to school and I still got all 3 to 20

Too much money and not enough sense...

I work 40 hours a week, have been renovating my house, going on dates, and preparing for the holidays. It took me 2 days to get to 20. That's not 2 full days of playing. If you do the bounties they give you while playing the stories with a heroic multiplier you get roughly one level a mission. Work in the patrols when you have bounties that can be collected with them. Do the easy pvp ones at 18 like the point capture or wins one. Even the 25 kills is pretty easy if you are even remotely ok at the game. You should get a few patrol mission bounties along the way. In the end it takes a day or two to hit 20. 25 if this is a 3rd character. If this was WoW I would say I don't mind but Destiny? Just play the game.

Almost the worst idea I've ever seen on the forums
-
Its really not that hard to get to 20 if I can manage to get 3 characters 26+ one 29 and be in my second year keeping up with stuides, exams and essays; then you can get a guy to 20 :3

Wow....
-
Could always pay someone to do it for you.

I'm not rich by any measure, but I have more money than free time and I want my alt to be running weeklies/nightfall/raid ASAP. I would do it. I agree with the people that say you would have to have one character over 20 already, though...
