Sorry bro but that's just not true. I've played extensively with everything you just mentioned and I find this build to be more effective in every way. When you play with striker you have one shot to get a kill streak. It's pure luck to have so many people together, and then for them not to notice you as you approach and pick you apart. However, putting your bubble somewhere strategic with armor of light has consistently gotten me I would say 3-7 kills over time. It's much safer than with saint-14 because when I had a blinding bubble up people could still slip in and shotgun you quickly before you could dodge them. With armor of light the blindness just don't contribute that much (except making people run when you WANT them to charge you).People keep trying to shotgun, bladedance, or grenade you in there and you can win against every single one. The only thing you really have to be aware of is other supers but that's true for anyone. I'll keep on taking my Defender in PvP thanks and that's not because I don't know what Striker can do.

Sorry for all the typos in my last message. It was late! I think your build is good. I just think the striker is more effective for pvp. I thought Defender could make me mostly invincible, but when I tried it, I found that many times my bubble was crushed by other people's supers. No one can deny that armor of light is ridiculous on Salvage mode. But if your goal is the best score and k/d, it's hard to make Defender mobile enough to get the kills. Striker can do that more easily.
