First off your character stats say you've only fully completed the raid 5 times.
Second I'm sure you got something from the other boss/parts, even if it wasn't what you wanted.
Third at your level I can only assume you haven't done it on hard and that's where the true rewards lie.
Fourth, the loot system sucks and you can't expect to always get what you'd like.

Other than ascendant shards and shaders the rest of my gear came from Xur. I've never received anything from VOG. It's a pointless endeavor
