We're sorry, but you don't meet our qualifications.
I've got a bone to pick with Destiny. You see, I'm a level 29 Hunter (which seems to be it's own problem) wtih zero raid experience. And I feel like I have zero raid experience because I have a zero raid experience. I go to the LFG websites trying to get into a fireteam, but everyone wants raid experience. I get it, you don't want some scrub noob ruining it for the whole group, but at the same time you have to start somewhere right? At some point, every Level 30 did their first raid and probably did just fine.
Also, no one seems to want hunters for whatever reason so I'm leveling a Warlock (Currently Level 27).
I've got a mic, I'm willing to listen and learn. I'm just looking for a chance.
It feels like I'm applying for a job...

Edit: Thanks for all the encouragement! There are a lot of responses to go through. For clarification, I'm just looking to run on Normal (Not hard...at least not yet). I'll go through and add some of you who have offered, but feel free to add me as well. Thanks!

If you are on the xbox (either console, I play it on both) hit me up (GT is same as here). I've run many people through for their first time and I'm always happy to help. Just make sure you bring your fully leveled weapons... to me that's the most frustrating thing (over level or experience) is when they show up with a new gun they just got 5 minutes prior to the Raid and want to use it. Ummmm no! LOL :P

Im on ps4 and a level 28 titan, and do want to start raiding, ive had my ps4 a month so dont have a lot of people on there. Psn is batcheyla, feel free to add if u want to help.

Some take the game too seriously. I have a lot of experience but I wouldn't shoot down someone looking to raid. Hard mode is the same as easy but with lvl 30 guys and you can't revive anyone, that's it. Maybe its their play style. I consider myself a survivalist, do what ever it takes to live. Your dps is zero when you're dead but we all started somewhere. My first run was with a group who never did it. Got to aetheon the first night, took about 6 hours. Aetheon took a few nights, a few hours a night. Id say if you still can't get in one, make one. Post that you have little to no xp and forming a group of the same people with no xp. Just do your research for every stage of it.

I have no problem running with someone who doesn't know the raid, as long as they are mic'd up and can follow directions.

Are you trying to go directly to hard? If so that's your problem... Do it on normal at least once to get the hang of it first then you should be fine

How have you not raided?!?! You are missing out. I find it hard to believe that people are turning down lvl 29s for a normal raid.

Yeah post your system every raid ive done there has been somebody new. Its not rocket science or anything lol. Sounds like those picky ppl lack in skill and have a hard time. You will find a grp keep looking on here

Watch it on youtube, start to finish, watch a vid that offers an explanation of what is happening at each step too. There are plenty. Then just 'lie' and say you have done it. (Or don't lie and say you know it start to finish ;)) It's easy enuff, just watch a vid.

I feel for you as well. One of my groups is mostly hunters and we do just fine. But if I try to take my hunter through with a random group I have the same problem. Post that I have a 30 warlock and everyone wants me. 29 hunter though and it's no thanks.

We don't care what level you are or if you've done it before, we've got a team of 30's to help you through the raid if you're on xbox one.

I'm a very experienced raider i can run you through normal and explain everything you need to know if you're on Xbox one :)

It takes a bit more work but look for someone who is there to teach over an easy fire team. I did normal bog with a 26, two 27s, two 28s and a 29. We didn't die up until the gatekeepers and it was lots of fun (both 27s had never raided before)
