increase vault size with expansion
With all these new weapons coming in the Dark Below expansion. I hope Bungie will make the vault bigger. I'd like for them to at least double it from its size now. Mine is already full especially in the weapons section (stacked with exotics, gotta get them all!)
Edit: So it looks like we won't be getting a bigger vault anytime soon. Very disappointing. I'm a collector, I enjoy getting all the weapons and gear I can get my hands on, and keeping them! Not being forced to shard them when I don't want to. In some cases I like to keep multiples of the same thing like my Ice Breakers. Hopefully when House of wolves comes out Bungie will decide to wake up and see what players want and actually start rewarding us for the time we put in this game.

The lack of vault space is one of the games biggest faults. Gear with no customisation creates a need for multiple gear sets. As they keep nerfing/buffing as they desire, different weapons become relevant and so then the need for gear with particular weapon buffs. For me it's become a rubix cube shuffle everyday at the tower. My gear and gun collection has become so large that I need to run back and forth from post box to Criptach several times after a few strikes. The new app feature that allows us to move gear around is good but we still need a lot more space.

I think a vault increase should happen before the expansion, as well as another with the expansion. More gear to get means more space is needed. Each character could have their own stash, and leave the vault as is for transferring between characters. A stack of 20-30 on each character would give tons of room. One vault for 3 characters isn't enough unless bungie wants you to run 3 of the same char types

Yes, this is becoming critical for me. If I need certain weapons for raids, I need to be able to change them between characters quickly to match the needs of my team mates. If my desired weapon is with another character because I had to leave it with them due to vault size, I have to leave the raid party (am I going to loose my spot?) switch characters, fly to the tower, deposit the weapon, switch back to the previous character, fly to the tower and gather the weapon and rejoin the fireteam hoping that someone's friend hasn't joined in the mean time. The current method takes 5 to 10 minutes depending on how many specific weapons I want to have with my current character, remembering which weapons I had to leave with a specific character and knowing which weapons I have stored with other characters. It's not a very enjoyable system when you're under pressure to get it done so someone doesn't take your spot in a raid. The new web app allows me to move weapons from character to vault, but that's it. I still have to leave the raid party to get the weapon and mess around with what I want to take and have to leave. I want to put all my weapons in one place right now so I can transfer weapons quickly. Size does matter in this case. And, at the end of the today's work, I want to be able to store all my weapons in one location , so I can pick and choose what I want when I start again tomorrow. Please change this frustrating limitation soon Bungie.

In the games code there is a reef hub. They might have another vault there that is separate from the tower one.

I think they are trying to figure out a way to put the other/expanded vault. Just doubling the normal vault we have would make it to big I mean look at the size of it

I think this needs to be at the top of the list for the next expansion, players won't survive it and will get turned off from the game as there will no place to put everything. Bungie... PLEASE add more vault space and do it fast.

If we could just use the armour spaces as well......that wouldn't be a hard fix.

I think it would be neat if people got a little room in the tower were they could display their exotics and armor. I also think this would help solve the lack of vault space because people would display some of the weapons and armor they aren't using. And people at the tower with you could go in your room an look at your collection of things.

Everyone knows that the coding for extra vault slots is [b]WAAAAAAAAYYYY FUUUUUUUUCCCCKIIIIN HAAARRRRDEEEERRRR[/b] than extra bounty slots and can take up to 938191739 days! LOL silly fans! I mean, come on, just to write it out it took me all caps and a bunch more letters. Proof. (Bungie logic)
