7 RepliesHi every body, my names bishop, and I'm an addict. It all started when I heard a friend talking about it at a party, so I thought "hell that sounds great" and pre-ordered got a great deal and the guy was smiling whilst I was handing over my money, telling me "it's was the best on the market" So a couple months later I hear there's a tester coming out, and as fast as I could I got my hands on it, for 3 weeks, mainly at the weekend I grinded for gear smiling like a gibbon, looking at all the green I had. then it ended and I was broken, lost, I checked every day for updates on when I could get my hands on it, to keep, do when ever I wanted. Then the day came and I smashed in the box, sat on my sofa and was reborn, it was good. Grinding for gear, talking to friends about it, granted I've lost some friends because I was a heavy user, and they've moved on to other things, that and I even hide it from my wife. She jokes I should go back to other things, like WOW. Ut I kicked that dirty habit years ago, it's just now this has come along. I don't think I have a problem but I saw the post and had to confess. My names bishop and I'm addicted to destiny. Don't help me, this games awsome...

I love it. Not as much now since iron banner is gone. That grind was fun. Did the nightfall last night... Shards and energy. Wasn't fun. But I still love the game

Lvl 30 and I still play a lot, my brother and myself are on every night or every other night. It's a great co-op experience and I've added a lot of people to my friends list that I enjoyed playing with.

I still play all the time, I enjoy the game. It's fairly easy compared to MMO's out there, and the grinding gives me something to do.

5 RepliesNope. Tired of doing the Samething over and over, the stuff isn't even that good tip begin with. Probably cuz halo was better in Every way and I'm disappointed, they could've done so much better. Mainly the story and the multiplayer could've been 50x better, what is it like 4 maps only? Halo had over 10 each game plus the story was long and interesting

Well I got Cod and Halo. I play a decent amount of Cod, hardly any Halo though. Destiny I still play the most.

Bungie has deliberately created half of a really good game that relies wholly our own human desire for task=rewards to keep us repeating the same few tasks. They nailed the gameplay, but we come back because of the sunk cost fallacy. That is to say, it's in our nature to continue playing if we believe we've already sunk a large sum of investment into it.

Nowhere near, but for a game that has such a low level of content, it's ridiculous I am still logging in every week to do the three raids, three nightfalls, three weeklys and the occasional crucible. It speaks volumes of how fantastic the game mechanics are.

Yup. I had one day where I thought I was gonna jack it in but was just having a sh1tty day with work :) still here and loving it, can't wait for dlc.
