I remember the freezing one where you couldn't let your body temp drop a certain point of you would freeze to death and if you were wet you would die in a few minutes!

Yup. Its pretty awesome. Also fast travel is disabled. So I cant just jump to a town if I start getting cold. Also the nights are now super dark, and I have no HUD or compass. So I have to stop, Start a fire, pitch my tent, cook some food, and sleep through the night.

Yup! It's pretty awesome though I remember having some other mod on that randomly started you some where with a few supplies and I just happened to get a bad roll with useless items and in the snow. Didn't last long.
