The enemies are level 28 at Atheon. Level 27-29 will be the easiest way to get through the normal raid.

I wasn't aware of that. I thought since the normal raid was a level 26 a bunch of us noobs could join & beat it. I'm going to need a team leader so we can stand a chance. I just assumed the enemies would be at level 26 also.

They start at 25 and progressively get higher leveled the farther in you go.
