I took all the ghost in the map (excluding those of the DLC), but there is the ghost near the gate-keeper at that every time I go there myself I did take. For this I arrived at 68 ... but I might go even further. The Ghost that should unlock the card Darkness 3, I got it but I do not count the paper .... so do not know how to solve this problem.

All the guides i saw and used only have 63 ghosts.
