when i purchased the game, the retailer said no refunds... i didnt know i'd have this problem, so?

I believe the answer to this topic is actually stating when they heck they will fix their servers or send another patch so a majority of us can actually play. I have no issues playing the Halo Collection, CODAW, or GTAV so to say "I" have an issue with my internet connection when everything says it is fine means they issue is on the other end.
