WutAmIDoingAgain has already replied to this, but I wanted to chime in and give an official answer.
Unfortunately, cross-platform transfers are not supported. The only way you could transfer your character is within the same console family (PS3 <-> PS4, Xbox 360 <-> Xbox One)
