Sunbreakers "special weapon loader" perk is nonfunctional
I've confirmed with a stopwatch, and by racing my reload against a YouTube video. This worked before the latest patch, but it no longer does.
Frustrating that this happened just when Iron Banner started, I gotta say. Pairing sunbreakers with invective was my crucible build, and I don't have any worthy substitute!

We don't start reloading at exactly the same moment, but it's clear to see that the gap widens in the youtuber's favor as time goes on. I am wearing the gloves, and I do have the perk unlocked. So does the youtuber.

None of the perks that deal with weapons or ammo are working. My heavy weapon ammo perks aren't working, for example. Does bungie have any update for this? It happened after the last patch. Or is this just another "accidental" nerf that wasn't supposed to be implemented yet, like the thorn nerf?
