thats ok... it will be easy to tell who the suspect lvl 30's are with the ugly ass IB armor.

Of course they won't always suck but it flat out means they haven't raided as much. And with the raid perks it would be putting your team at a disadvantage by not arming it. You get more orbs for vex kills, super power with oracle kills, AND MORE HEAVY AMMO. So this guy is kinda right But I do understand it will help some 29,s who know what they are doing and just can't get the helmet drop.

I have raid boots, but did IB to get those boots because hunter raid boots are uuuuuugly! Also only PvE players would say something this ignorant. Just upset you don't have the patience or skill (idk what it is) to grind out all the games to get the much better looking armor.

Suspect level 30s? I think it's far easier to learn how a static raid AI works than it is to adjust to a real opponent with legit gear and weaponry in the IB and come out on top. So you figured out the raid to the point where you can meaninglessly "solo" it until you get what you need/want? And? I'd much prefer to play against real people with legitimate skill, weapons and gear. I hardly think that IB gear merits a "suspect" degradation. Sure, even a complete crap player can get the gear, but a complete crap player can also get raid gear.

Sadly, 80% of the destiny community sucks at crucible. So its not that hard to win. But i agree with your point.

I have 2 level 30s with raid gear and bought my Ib boots for my hunter because the raid didn't drop them this week on normal and I don't like not being able to carry so I don't do hard unless I'm 30. Does that make me a (soon-to-be) suspect 30 on my hunter, or do my two raid 30 characters cancel that?

hm... would make you a suspect 30 on your hunter. all hunters are suspect 30's (hunter main). you will need to prove you are not.

How about having a higher k/d for the raid on my hunter than all my other characters (hunter wasn't even my main)? Can I prove it by soloing Mars gatekeeper faster than someone can solo Venus (I don't have G-horn, either)? Solo an Atheon teleport as my hunter? What would I have to do to prove I'm not a suspect 30?

I can solo confluxes, have done it multiple times. No need to brag good sir. So you use a golden gun on the gatekeepers? LOL. Two Gjallarhorn shots and two Praedyth shots is all it takes. :)

Congrats, you can use the most broken gun in the game (which I'm extremely jealous of you having, wish I had it because then life would be even easier). I was listing things that a "suspect 30" shouldn't be able to do. I agree that soloing portals is easy. I solo confluxes as well. My point was to find out what it wold take for someone to prove that they aren't suspect characters but are actually good at the raid. He answered my question. Again, not everyone has a G-horn. Gatekeepers is a joke if people have it, as is pretty much everything else in Destiny.

So, you're jealous of a weapon you could have had bought a long time ago? Also, you're going to tell me Icebreaker isn't a "broken" a weapon. It's literally the best exotic special weapon as the Gjallarhorn is the best heavy.

Couldn't buy it because I'd just bought the game, and, surprise, a barely level 23 doesn't have lots of strange coins. Yes, Ice breaker is the second most broken gun in the game (for the most part, it does have a few weak points, but not enough to drop it from 2nd). Never said it wasn't. I agree with your last statement.

not die alot? its not all that hard to prove. I would like to see a vid of you soloing the mars side gate keeper. and the venus side for that matter. is one part of the raid I don;t have much experience in is inside those gates.

Venus is even easier since his health is about halved. ofc you can't do both one after another, because someone needs to grab relic And yes, it is also easy as a 29

not hard but my teams already have pairs that own this job. they are so fast and we move on that when doign it with a random group I was surprised when vex started coming up from behind the first gate. had to ask if it was normal because I had never seen it before.
