At the postmaster I have received a "Legendary" delivery of Helmet of No Tomorrow.
Otherwise all "Legendary" deliveries have resulted in materials or 2 x Rare engrams(since when is rare engram entitled to a "legendary delivery").

And what did you receive the package for may I ask?

All "legendary packages"(purple background) were from levelling up various factions. The first was levelling up the Vanguard to level 4. The other two were from New Monarchy faction to level 3 to 4, then 4 to 5. On a side note, the reputation required to reach level 6 New Monarchy is showing 2500 rep. needed.
