In canada its already happened....im paying 70$ for games. plus sales tax i might as well pay 80$...thats way to much for a disk with a program that could fail in a week. then the value of the game goes down so when i trade it in, all i get is 30$....

i didint say the developers of a game were the reason a game flops but costs more. i said that the fact that the price of a piece of plastic with a program that may or may not flop is increasing to a point where it becomes really expensive is ridiculous. i miss when games were 50$ and i could buy one game and a XBL subscription at the same time and have it be under 100$

:( You should just hop the border every holiday season and go shopping in the US.

i would but its easier to hold out and christmas noob so that relatives ask if i have X game for X platform yet...(thats how im getting MCC and AW this year...i also still have a good 100$ in the digi-gaming savings....) when i say digi gaming i mean i have this box of toonies and loonies which are 2 and 1 dollar coins, and accumulate them to the point where a digital game purchase is affordable. then wait till i can buy those little gift card things and that way i can get digital games without standing in lines...or i use them for lunch too... i mean i WOULD convert them to bills, but i cant find dollar coin rolls....i think you commented in that thread, i made it under a different name, but it had something to do with buying destiny using coins instead of bills.
