Crest of Alpha Lupi: Carry More Special No Longer Applying
It's as it reads.
I used to have a max of 21 sniper ammo, now it's 17.
I remember people complaining about their heavy capacity not stacking anymore. I wonder if it has nothing to do with stacking and everything to do with any chest-armor-granted ammo bonuses simply not applying?
