How difficult is it to rank up? First time seeing and being a part of the Iron Banner so excuse my noobish question

I'm trying to crunch numbers, I need rank 4 for gloves to get lol 30 and this is what I figured... -Each match roughly 50 Rep (I'm guessing coins count as 50, so win or lose) -Each match takes roughly 10-15 minutes. - I need 4800 more Rep.... I got a ways....
