Server Issues and Glitches Killing The Game Experience
I was hoping that maybe the maintenance downtime was going to help with the glitches and server errors, but unfortunately not.
I was just working on the gatelord bounty when I was suddenly kicked from the gameworld. The game continued trying to connect but couldn't. The error was that there was something wrong with the connection. Immediately I went to test out my connection. I did some pings, trace rout and speed test and everything was peachy.
These are average speeds for me.

Are these issues ever going to be fixed or should I move on a play another game?

The servers problems, repetitive missions crisscrossing the map, the limited number of strikes and poor, or no matchmaking for weekly and nightfall strikes and VOG is why, in good conscious, I cannot purchase the DLC. I want to see and experience the game play content and mechanics improve.

This is starting to become some bulls**t. It tells me to test my connection. I'm pretty sure the problem is on your end #bungie I can play any other game I own right now fine. Your crappy servers are messed up. Get on and fix it.
