Try logging out of the game on the console and restarting. This will reset the information the app pulls from the servers. This may solve your problem.

I've done that already, and I've also tried switching out my armor. I am not sure why the colors won't load in correctly for my character. I would send you a picture, but I'm not sure how because nobody else seems to have the problem...

I will pass the information on to the team to look in to. There have been cases of certain firmware and phone combinations not displaying guardians correctly so it is not just you. Thanks for reporting this.
