Haven't seen that but I have been seeing health regen. Pretty sure it's lag cause destiny servers are top notch. Usually I see my fusion rifle hit. Their health go down then back up as if my hit never counted

I was seeing this a ton last night. Captain with zero health surviving 6 head shots from Thunderlord with arc damage and then 70% healthy a second later. Frustrating and lame.
