We do hard mode 3 times a week and then do normal modes to help out clan members who are gearing up.
It shouldn't be just about you getting to level 30, but all those around you, something many clans and players seem to forget is the next raid entry level is 28, we want to make sure were all tooled up and ready to go the day it opens up.

I could really do with a good team to help me complete the raid. I always end up with guys who mess around etc. I've only completed the raid once and really enjoyed it. Any chance you could help me out?

We have many guys still to achieve fully geared status mate, I'd love to help but sadly we've a lot of work to do with the people we have already, sorry.
