Honestly, i think him selling legendary guns for 15k-25k glimmer would be reasonable. More likely the full 25 thousand since glimmer is kinda easy to obtain/farm. OR being able to change at a perk on any gun(excluding exotics) for max glimmer. Would make the guns vary so much, players could play how they feel comfortable. Swap out that "send it" for armor piercing. things like that

15k? Well the iron banner ones were like 11500, and those were hard for lots of players to come by. Maybe more like 12000?

Many have suggested the Legendary Engram idea. This could be a good compromise that keeps other vendors relevant and makes you think about risk and reward in a single weapon class.
