So my first character (warlock has been stuck at 29 forever because I can't get the raid boots to drop...what do I do? I make another warlock and level it up to 20 so I can raid twice as much....but once I get her to 20 and I throw all my stuff in the vault I realize that I don't have replacement boots for my mains, and I don't have the marks to buy another pair...and no vendor is selling crap white/green ones either. So I decide to RU. Some tiger strikes to just get some crap ones to drop....been at it for 2+ hours...not a single pair of boots has dropped....WTF!
