It's should be such a rare item that their wont be enough people to even notice its existence or complain about it like one out of 300,000 has a mythic item and the perks should be about the same as exotic just make it look amazing like daedric armor from skyrim or mark v armor from halo well things that look similar

I'm not disagreeing with you, but the moment someone sees it in-game and googles how to get it...game over! When you have an online multiplayer game that was made to make money..err, I mean made for the masses, then anyone who plays can and will demand the ability to acquire any and all items. Had they made this game with serious gamers in mind, then perhaps a different story. Or if Bungie would have the balls to tell the crynoobs, tough shit, not all gamers will be able to get all the gear. Then maybe. But they won't, they'll just nerf this and that whilst not fixing the REAL issues, BUGS.
